Well I just got back from Florida yesterday. I was so busy unpacking and of course I had to go to school today. The vacation was awesome as always!
We went to Disney World as we always do and of course it was fantastic. I'm in love with the Expedition Everest ride along with Space Mountain, Rockin' Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror. I never seem to get enough of Disney World. They seem to be constantly adding to every year or so. And I got to see Davy on the POTC ride. I love how they have him in the mist talking to you before you go down the drop into the scenes filled with Barbossa and Captain Jack. Definitely one of the highlights. I got a new necklace of Davy's locket that is solid and less bulky than my other one. I wore it with the new pirates T-shirt I got at Downtown Disney. I couldn't believe that they still have that painting of Davy there in the Art of Disney! No one has bought it! I was tempted but I definitely did not need it that bad for $700.00. Maybe I can find a print somewhere.
We did a bunch of shopping also at the outlets in Orlando. Was okay but I did go golfing with my dad instead of shopping sometimes. My Mom and sister are addicted to Coach bags.
Another boring part of vacation was looking at houses. My parents want to retire there.
Also if any of you guys are ever in the Orlando area go to Aquatica the water park created by SeaWorld. It's amazing. Theres a dolphin plunge in where you go down a tube into a dolphin's pool and you can see them swimming around as you zoom through. And there are some nice fake beaches and such.
After being in Orlando we went down to Miami for the last half of our vacation. We had a beautiful view of the beach from our hotel room. I took a ton of pictures which I will be posting later. Though there were a lot of Man o' war jellyfish strewn across the beach. I was afraid of stepping on them and I didn't swim for fear I would get stung. Me and my sister did collect some great coral, exoskeletons and such that we found on the beach. My dog though did not like the water everywhere. He hates water.
We drove down to the keys and I took a bunch of pictures of the beautiful sights. And when I was in the water I saw some fish and took some pictures. And then I saw a little pufferfish!!! I guess Niko was paying me a visit. It had strange red or orange colored eyes. I wasn't able to get a pic of it though.
For our last day we went to Gulfstream Park a major high end Thoroughbred racetrack in Hallandale Beach. I saw major jockeys, trainers and horses there. I was in awe over it. The best day of my life. I also have a million pictures of that too. I took lots of pictures.
As for the Christmas drawings for my friends I will have them up ASAP. Because of a lack of a copier or anything else I wasn't able to upload them. I guess they'll be belated then. Well tomorrow or the next day I'll be posting deviations and such of my trip and the presetns. Hope you guys had a Happy New Year!
